Our mental health services are here to support you through any challenges you might face. Seeking help is a positive and brave step, and we offer a range of services to assist with various issues, from academic stress to personal and mental health challenges.
Purpose: SAP provides short-term support to help students develop life, social, and coping skills.
Services Offered:
Individual sessions (limited to once per week for 6-8 weeks)
Group sessions
Conflict mediation
Focus Areas: Family issues, anger management, relationship issues, academic challenges, anxiety, and more.
Note: SAP is not therapy but a short-term intervention. Students needing long-term services will be referred to appropriate resources.
Behavioral Health Clinician: Specializes in behavioral and mental health services including individual therapy sessions, clinical-level consultations, and parent training.
Substance Abuse Counseling: Provides support for students dealing with substance use issues. Services include education, individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, and comprehensive support.
To access mental health services, students should report to the supervision office or the counseling office. Our staff will assist in referring you to the appropriate program.
