• Details: Modesto High hosts this annual event officially honoring juniors as they step into the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. Congratulations to all new IB inductees!

• Educators Rising Thanksgiving Clothes Drive:

• Details: Educators Rising is holding a Thanksgiving clothes drive. Listen in to officer announcements for instructions on how to participate.

• Roar Store Operations & Online Pickups:

• Date & Schedule: Open tomorrow, Wednesday, November 4 during Lunch. Store closes strictly at the 6-minute bell (arrive early!).

• Points Check: Check point balances using the 5-Star app in the App Portal.

• Online Orders: Pickup at lunch tomorrow via a separate line (no waiting). Note: Orders placed after 3rd period on Wednesdays will be available for pickup the following week.

• 7th Annual MCS Dance Showcase — "The Collective: Dance With Somebody":

• Overview: District-wide collaborative production bringing together student dancers from all six high schools (Modesto, Downey, Davis, Gregori, Beyer, and Enochs) on one stage.

• Voting Deadline: Friday, December 4

• Eligibility & Rules: Voting is open to all students across all grade levels, teachers, and staff. Limit of 1 submission per person. Student superlative candidates must be members of the Class of 2027.

• How to Vote: Scan the QR code on screen or cast votes directly on the MHS website.

• Senior Categories (Vote 1 female & 1 male per category): Best Dressed, Best Smile, Biggest Comedian, Born to Lead, Most Athletic, Most School Spirited, Most Likely to Become an Influencer, Most Likely to Still Be Together After High School, Most Likely to Win an Academy Award, Most Likely to Write a Bestselling Novel.
